Typical Qualification Requirements: Juris doctorate degree from an accredited law school with a minimum of two (2) years of responsible professional legal counsel in a local/State governmental organization. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona. Possession of a valid Driver's License and ability to pass a pre-employment background. Working knowledge of municipal court methods and procedures and skill in the prosecution of cases heard in court. Ability to perform self-directed research and analysis as required for effective prosecution.
