The successful candidate will coordinate and manage systems and platforms such as the unified library management system (ULMS) and discovery services, website, and electronic resources, as well as provide specialized research consultation, reference service, information literacy instruction, and collection development service. The Tanimura & Antle Family Memorial Library’s mission is to help prepare knowledgeable, resourceful and responsible citizens for California and the global community by facilitating active exploration, discovery, and synthesis of information. PURPOSE : Under the general supervision of the Chair of the School of Computing and Design, the Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for performing a full range of State and Corporation clerical and administrative assignments that are varied and complex in support of the School of Computing and Design. PURPOSE : Under the general supervision of the Dean of the College of Business (COB), the Senior Administrative Analyst serves as the primary contact for the College of Business and provides administrative and technical support and oversight of the planning, coordination and execution of a variety of administrative and operational activities for the College of Business. PURPOSE : Under the supervision of the Director for Title IX, Discrimination, Harassment, and Retaliation (DHR), the Intake Case Specialist is responsible for the review, triage and implementing supportive measures, as needed, via the University reporting tool or via direct communication regarding Title IX and DHR reporting, which includes, but is not limited to: Sex based discrimination and sexual misconduct, as well as EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) protected categories. The position works collaboratively with various offices at the University to ensure the institution's compliance with the CSU nondiscrimination policy and associated regulations. The Intake Case Specialist has primary responsibility for campus recruitment EEO reviews and will work collaboratively with Human Resources ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following : Title IX/DHR Intake Case Specialist: Triages incoming reports via the reporting tool or via direct report via email, telephone, etc. Once received, enters case into Case Management Database. Reviews incoming reports daily via the Case Management Database and ensures all information is updated. The incumbent will advance COAST’s parallel, complementary goals of 1) securing external funding to support solution-oriented scientific research and 2) serving as a primary resource for guidance and expertise to promote evidence-based decision-making and policy development. The incumbent will communicate the activities, successes and impact of COAST and its members to stakeholders and the public; work to position COAST and its members to leverage state, federal, and private funding opportunities; and secure additional resources to support COAST programmatic activities.
