    Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

    A bachelor’s degree in a related field

    • Relevant work experience with government entitlement programs and mortgage underwriting experience, loan servicing and intake, credit counseling, banking, and federal program management experience

    • *A degree can be substituted with relevant work experience in federal program management, mortgage underwriting experience, loan servicing and intake, credit counseling, banking, and national program management experience.

    Preferred Education & Experience

    • Master’s degree in a related field

    • At least three years of direct experience in federal grants management related to HOPWA, HOME, ESG, CDBG, Section 8 Moderate Rehab, underwriting, and fiscal management.

    • Supervisory experience

    Key Performance Measures:

    • # Contracts monitored and sampled (related to responsible programs)

    • # Of outstanding monitoring findings (related to responsible programs)

    • # Of unresolved complaints (related to responsible programs)

    • # Of training conducted for staff and service providers (related to responsible programs)

    • # Of program policies, guides, and manuals created or updated (related to responsible programs)

    • # Of contract templates created or updated (related to responsible programs)

    • Program Specific Curriculums (based upon responsible programs)

    • WISER

    System Access Expectations:

    • ATLCloud (Oracle)

    Licensures and Certifications

    Driver’s license valid at the time of appointment and remain valid while in position.

    Essential Capabilities and Work Environment

    Physical, lifting, and sensory capabilities are required to perform the job successfully under typical environmental conditions associated with employment.
