Salary: $82,254.46 to $104,886.71 annually
The Nevada Supreme Court is seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Application Support Specialist to
join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent problem-
solving abilities, with a focus on supporting and optimizing enterprise applications. This role involves
diagnosing and resolving complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the
smooth operation of critical business applications.
Key RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Application Support: Provide expert-level support for enterprise applications, including
troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by end-users.
• Customization and Configuration: Perform customization and configuration activities to support
the workflow and business needs of the courts.
• Report and Form Development: Develop custom reports and forms to support court business
needs.
• Incident Management: Monitor and manage application incidents from inception to resolution,
ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
• System Monitoring: Regularly monitor application performance, conduct routine health checks,
and implement necessary preventive measures to maintain system stability.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for application configurations,
workflows, support procedures, and issue resolution protocols.
• Collaboration: Work closely with development, IT infrastructure, and business teams to identify
and address technical issues, implement improvements, and ensure alignment with business
requirements.
• User Training: Assist in training end-users on application functionalities and best practices to
enhance their productivity and reduce support requests.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify recurring issues and work on long-term solutions to improve
application performance and support efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards
related to application support and data security.
