Primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and implementing human resource initiatives
- Performance management administration (ENGAGE)
- Oversight of exit survey distribution and reporting
- Training compliance
- Grievance administration
- Investigating civil rights complaints
- Conducting professional development training
- Performing other personnel duties
- Supervision of one professional human resource position
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed) Professional human resource experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:Must possess excellent communication, problem-solving and investigative skills; strong time management, organizational and analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate witness statements and review documents to identify potential risks of civil rights violations; and strong writing skills, including the ability to produce detailed written reports. Should possess an ability and willingness to learn new technology products (e.g., training programs and platforms) and a proficiency in Excel. Statewide travel is required, with occasional overnight stays.
