Job Expires: 9/23/24 Salary Range: $41,027.92 - $51,311.67 General Description and Classification Standards: The Department of Public Works (DPW)
Quality Assurance Quality Control Specialist (G.17) will serve as a key knowledge worker driving and engaging in critical initiatives for the department. The purpose of this role is to inspect and audit DPW services proactively for compliance and in response to customer/constituent complaints. The person in this role will utilize multiple applications to provide proactive awareness of concern areas for operational resolution.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience: - Associate degree
- Valid Georgia’s Driver’s License with good driving history
- Microsoft O365
Nice to Have and Note as a Plus: - Bachelor or Master Degree
- Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification
- Project Management Certification
