  • Job Description

    In this role, you'll not only handle technical accounting work but also provide guidance and training to junior staff, fostering their development and enhancing team performance. You will develop efficient schedules and methods to ensure timely completion of assignments, actively participating in evaluating staff activities and recommending improvements. Analytical skills will come into play as you prepare detailed financial reports and analyses, providing critical insights into budgetary and statistical data that inform decision-making.

  • Job Requirements

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Experience: 

    Two years of responsible journey level experience performing duties similar to an Accounting Assistant  – Journey with Placer County.

    Training: 

    Equivalent to the completion of the twelfth grade.  Additional specialized training in bookkeeping, accounting or a related field is desirable.
