Division of Administrative Services Accounting Unit is a multi-faceted unit and provides growth and opportunities for development. Normal work hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday through Friday, however flextime may be available.
- Medicaid claims and invoice processing and approval.
- Non-Medicaid invoice processing and approval.
- Complete bi-monthly reconciliation of transactions processed.
- Weekly review of DMH Providers’ set up in electronic systems and reconcile any issues.
- Routinely work with Division/Facility staff to resolve matters.
- Assist with DMH internal processing system issues.
- Assist with monitoring, collection and resolution of Billing Service Reviews, Audits and Overpayments.
- Provide ad hoc queries and reports on demand.
- Serve as backup for DMH consumer banking.
- Generate and distribute quarterly Medicaid revenue projections.

- Ability to secure, interpret and analyze data and exercise sound judgement in arriving at conclusions.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations.
Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree (preferrred) and 2-4 years of relevant experience. Substitutions may be allowed.
- Working knowledge of Financial Reporting
- Working knowledge of SAMII Financial and Data Warehouse
