This position will be located at 2710 West Main Street, Jefferson City, MO 65109. Position hours are Monday to Friday 8a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Manage vehicle trip logs, motor vehicle reports, and fuel receipts for program fleet.
- Process invoices, including procurement cards, telecom, fleet, and expense accounts. Ensure accuracy and compliance with policy and procedures.
- Process payments for utilities, hotel reservations and supplies on a procurement card.
- Assist with physical inventory.
- General office duties including managing program’s main phone line, oversee supplies and distribute mail.

- 3-5 years of experience in payment processing or general office support.
