Job Description
The Plumber (Journey) is responsible for performing skilled plumbing in the installation, maintenance, repair, and alteration of various types of plumbing fixtures and systems including, water, wastewater, natural gas, air and related systems including pipes, sinks, sewers, vents, toilets and water heaters.

Description:
Starting Pay: $29.01 per hour -$32.65
Top out pay after time in position $43.51- Installs, repairs, and performs preventative maintenance in accordance with established department and plumbing building codes.
- Maintains and repairs water, wastewater, natural gas, air and related systems, including pipes, sinks, sewers, vents, toilet fixtures, water heaters, and other fixtures.
- Performs preventive maintenance on plumbing systems.
- Maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, and replaces plumbing and minor HVAC components.
- Updates and maintains Facilities and Construction Management databases and files.
- Performs snow removal activities as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
