OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and proactive change manager who will be part of both the IT and the HR teams, supporting them and leading impactful, organization-wide change. This role focuses on improving employee well-being, promoting effective performance management practices, integrating learning and development opportunities, and maximizing the effectiveness of our HR software.
ResponsibilitiesSpecifically, this position:
- Uses Prosci and other change management models to build a strong foundation for HR-driven change.
- Leads change strategies and project plans, stakeholder engagement, communication, leadership alignment, training, and change readiness.
- Works with employees and leaders to address barriers, offer guidance, and develop strategies to ensure successful transitions.
- Defines and measures success criteria for change initiatives and monitors progress regularly.

QualificationsAll candidates will be screened for the following required minimum qualifications. Any candidate who does not meet all of the qualifications listed as required will be eliminated from the process.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education, from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Five (5) years of experience in Organization Development, Change Management, Talent Management, Learning Management, a directly related field, or in the performance of similar duties and responsibilities required.
- Prosci Certified Change Practitioner within one (1) year of hire required.
- Possession of Scrum Master Certification within one (1) year of hire required.
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred.
- Project management training preferred.
