    Salary range: $78,092-$93,000

    General Description and Classification Standards

    The Financial Manager- is responsible for Passenger Facility Charges (PFC) and Customer Facility Charge (CFC) Financial Models. Reviews monthly detail PFC reports for accuracy and reports quarterly PFC information into FAA’s SOAR reporting system online and to City financial systems. Provides a range of technical and policy planning support for airport projects and operational funding plans. This position ensures appropriate documentation of airport funding plans remain consistent with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulatory and guidance requirements. Serves as a liaison for maintaining positive relationships between the Airport, the City, and other entities working groups. Works close with Senior, Financial Manager DOA Debt & Treasury in preparing PFC Applications and Amendments to present to FAA and Key Stakeholders. Prepares the annual PFC Audit Budget items and Reviews Annual PFC status report.

    Supervision Received

    Works under general supervision. May work independently with responsibility for assigned function(s) or program(s).

    Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

    Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting (Equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the required degree on an exception basis). Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the assigned role.

    Preferred Education & Experience

    • Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field (Equivalent professional experience may be considered for substitution for the master’s degree on an exception basis)

    • 5-10 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 in financial budgeting, planning & analysis functions.
