    The Information Technology Services Division is filling one (1) Systems

    Administrator II position in the Data Center Operations section. The duties and

    responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following:

    • System support for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Workday, Oracle Business Intelligence (BI), Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)/Hyperion Planning Budget (HP Budget), IBM Maximo and other related systems
    • Maintaining Linux, Windows servers and Oracle cloud infrastructure
    • Support installing, configuring, troubleshooting, patching and monitoring software and servers
    • Assisting with preparing systems design, architecture diagram, and documentation
    • Researching system solutions and making recommendations
    • Coordinating with vendor and stakeholders on software deployment or problem resolutions


    Overtime and some travel may be required. A valid California Driver’s

    License is required and must be maintained during the course of

    employment.

    This position will be located at 221 N. Figueroa Street, Suite 1500, Los Angeles,

    CA 90012, but may change to accommodate business needs.

    Candidates will be evaluated for the following work-related skills,

    knowledge, and abilities:

    • Work experience and knowledge of Oracle Cloud infrastructure and services or other cloud infrastructure services is preferred.
    • Work experience and knowledge in middleware such as WebLogic and/or WebSphere, Oracle Linux and Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers, and Windows servers.
    • Work experience in installing, configuring, optimizing, and maintaining application servers.
    • Experience in supporting enterprise application infrastructure such as IBM Maximo, Oracle Business Intelligence (BI), Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or mission critical application infrastructure is preferred.
    • Work experience and knowledge of system integration and support is preferred.
    • Ability to work and collaborate with team members to find the cause(s) of issues to resolve them.
    • Strong knowledge in setting up High Availability (HA), load balancer (F5), Disaster recovery and security.
    • Work experience in troubleshooting difficult technical issues.
    • Ability to interpret technical manuals and research technical solution.
    • Strong technical and analytical skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Understand project planning and ITIL processes.
