    Position Description
    Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department, as well as the monitoring of operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision, with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.

    Major/Essential Functions
    • Schedule 3rd and 4th year students on their clinical rotations on the Anesthesia Rotation and the Neuro ICU Rotation.
    • Organize meetings between the director and medical students.
    • Assign and monitor homework assignments as well as input evaluations and grades.
    • Review procedure logs.
    • Assist the Office of Student Affairs with on-campus events for medical students.
    • Attend monthly Student Affairs meetings.
    • Provide the medical student's monthly schedule to the board runner and the Neuro ICU.


    Required Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
