Position Description
Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department, as well as the monitoring of operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision, with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.
Major/Essential Functions- Schedule 3rd and 4th year students on their clinical rotations on the Anesthesia Rotation and the Neuro ICU Rotation.
- Organize meetings between the director and medical students.
- Assign and monitor homework assignments as well as input evaluations and grades.
- Review procedure logs.
- Assist the Office of Student Affairs with on-campus events for medical students.
- Attend monthly Student Affairs meetings.
- Provide the medical student's monthly schedule to the board runner and the Neuro ICU.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
