    Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Administrative Intern will assist the Fire Marshal Office with the following:

    • Track and coordinate pending and approved fire permits.
    • Communicate with other FPB Units regarding the status and disposition of permits.
    • Track letters and correspondence for final disposition
    • Prepare requisitions for purchasing office supplies and equipment.
    • Prepare, edit, modify, scan, and electronically file documents.
    • Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
    • Receive training in applicable procedures and standards specific to the Fire Marshal’s Office.
