    Job Summary

    Salary: $49.55 - $65.07

    The Venues Operations Division Manager is the Orlando Venues senior-level manager responsible for all services, contracts, and personnel involved in the mainte

    nance, premises, and operations of the KIA Center. Responsibilities include providing direction, management, and fiscal oversight of maintenance, changeover, housekeeping, and the physical plant for this NBA and concert venue. Work is performed under the general supervision of Venues Deputy Chief Venues Officer. Performance is reviewed through conferences, reports submitted, and results obtained. Required to work days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sports Management, Engineering, or related field and seven (7) years progressive management experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a major public facility. Valid Florida Driver's License required.

    If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
    • Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
    • Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
    • Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
    • Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
