- Perform entry-level human resources work; including duties related to recruitment, onboarding, employee recognition, time and leave, and training history records.
- Perform front desk receptionist work on a part-time basis.
- Serve as the back-up for incoming mail processing.
- Assist in the maintenance of human resources records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: - Three or more years of experience in clerical or general office support work; and possession of a high school diploma or GED certificate.
Desired Skills: - Strong PCskills are important. Must be able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication, organization, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
