Job Location: This position will be located at 920 Wildwood Drive, Jefferson City, MO 65109.

- Maintain the registration / licensure of entities and/or personnel regulated by the Bureau.
- Assist in work assignments and planning of BAC staff surveys
- Track and enter data for facility inspections, federal surveys, and complaint investigations.
- Report to Bureau Administrator if processes are completed or not completed within required timeframes to assist in monitoring and meeting CMS required performance measures.
- Create, review and disseminate data reports for the Bureau: weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually.
- Maintain facility records and archive files as needed in accordance with the retention schedule.
- Triage phone calls and emails and refer to management as needed, and provide consultation to regulated entities and facilities regarding the application of state and federal regulations.
- Assist management with responding and coordinating sunshine request with OGC and BAC
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years experience (Substitutions may be allowed)
