What you’ll do: - Conduct court-ordered evaluations regarding competency to proceed, competency restoration, criminal responsibility, and occasionally sexually violent predator evaluations, and work toward becoming a Certified Forensic Examiner.
- Completes timely reports written to the Courts Conduct psychological testing to answer referral questions as needed.
- Provide oral testimony to the Court, when required.
- Provide supervision to psychology trainees.
• Performs other related work as assigned.
• Demonstrates regular and predictable attendance; arrive to work on time, returns from lunch on time and minimizes unscheduled absences.
Minimum Qualifications:● No disciplinary action in the previous 12 months
(Internal candidates only).● Doctoral degree in clinical, counseling, or forensic psychology.
• Currently a licensed psychologist for the state of Missouri or license eligible.
Preferred Qualifications: - Previous experience with severe and persistent mental illness, neurocognitive disorders, and intellectual disabilities.
- Previous experience conducting forensic evaluations
