ACWA JPIA is an award-winning risk pool serving California’s public water agencies. We are proud of our supportive, collaborative workplace and are excited to welcome a new Member Services Representative II to our Member Services Department in Roseville, CA.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is a seasoned insurance professional with experience in underwriting and member engagement, particularly within the public sector or a risk pooling organization. They are detail-oriented and customer-focused with proven expertise in property and liability coverage, risk management, and tailored member services solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare certificates of coverage, endorsements, and other essential insurance documents with accuracy and attention to detail
- Review member contracts, analyze risk transfer provisions, and provide consultation on proper risk transfer practices
- Assist prospective and current members in gathering, reviewing, and evaluating underwriting data for new coverage, renewals, and optional programs
- Collect, review, and analyze data to prepare coverage comparisons and renewal indications for prospective and existing members
