Job Description
This position is located at Bellefontaine Habilitation Center, 10695 Bellefontaine Rd., Saint Louis, MO 63137 providing switchboard support for BHC. Working hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with Sunday and Monday as days off. Will work holidays if they fall on a regularly scheduled work day.
You will be working with staff who enjoy caring for others and want to make a difference in the lives of those impacted by a mental illness or developmental disability. You can make a difference in the lives of our consumers so they too have the opportunity to pursue their dreams, live their lives to the fullest, and be a valued member of their community.- Serve as a front desk receptionist--screen and log visitors.
- Answer and transfer on a multi-line phone system.
- Operate fax, printer, computer, copier, two-way radio etc.
- Maintain equipment and supply inventory.
- Monitor fire and alarm systems.
- Distribute fleet as needed.
- Must be flexible, organized, proactive, and reliable and work well during emergency situations.
Experience in clerical or general office support work is preferred.
