JOB SUMMARY
The Town of Prosper is currently seeking qualified and dedicated individual for the position of:
Construction Superintendent
Hiring Range: $73,004.04 - $83,954.65

QUALIFICATIONS:- High School diploma or GED, and four (4) years construction management or land development experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred two (2) years’ experience in a lead or supervisory role.
- Must possess TEEX training in Work Zone Safety, Water, Sewer, Lime, Concrete, and Construction Inspection.
- Must possess a valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
- Must pass MVR check.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
Under general supervision from the CIP Program Manager, assists in managing capital improvement projects administered by the Engineering Services Department; other tasks include project management, cost estimates, plan reviews, meeting with Town officials, consulting with engineers and conducting public meetings.
